DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take one capsule per day with a glass of water.
As an antioxidant:
In your emulsions, especially if they contain oils sensitive to oxidation.
Add to your bottles of “sensitive” vegetable oils upon receipt to extend their shelf life.
As an anti-wrinkle treatment:
Use in your creams, masks, shampoos, conditioners, and after-sun care products.
