PROPERTIES:
– Fish oil rich in Omega 3: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function;
– Flaxseed oil rich in Alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA) also contributes to normal heart function.
CONTRAINDICATION:
– Allergy to fish or flax;
– People prone to bruising or who suffer from blood disorders or take anticoagulant medications should avoid high doses of fish oil.
DOSAGE:
1 to 2 capsules per day during meals with a glass of water.
DURATION OF USE:
One-month course, renewable if needed.
