Melatonin:

DOSAGE
1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water,
1 to 2 hours before sleeping.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
• Hypersensitivity to melatonin;
• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women;

• Keep out of reach of children;
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose;
• It is advised not to take melatonin without medical or pharmacist advice;
• Do not drive after taking melatonin.
